Yes. Enable free shipping perks on specific tiers in Settings → Tiers. For exclusive products, open the product edit screen and choose a required tier from the RewardMate metabox dropdown — only customers at that tier or higher can purchase.
From the Points Wallet, customers enter a friend's email and amount. RewardMate validates balance, min/max limits, and rate limits, then transfers points with email notification. Every gift appears in both users' history and the audit-ready ledger.
